Oak Stave Chunks - 1kg

Virgin French Oak Barrel Inserts, cut into chunks approx. 5-7cm wide x 5mm thick by 10cm long. Medium toasting.  Oak is very versatile blending well with most meats. A mild smoke with no aftertaste. Oak gives food a beautiful smoked color. Pairs great with fish, beef, brisket, poultry, pork and heavy game.  Also great for spirit home brewing.
